CONSIDERATION OF THE SEISMIC IMPACT’S WAVE NATURE IN THE DESIGN JUSTIFICATION OF HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS’ SEISMIC RESISTANCE

Abstract
This paper presents the seismic resistance calculation results for a high-rise building that considers the wave nature of the impact, its heterogeneity and irregularity in the structural plan, performed in SCAD Office. The analysis of normative requirements to consider the wave action and existing calculation methodologies is carried out. Recommendations are given on possible consideration of the seismic impact’s irregularity using the direct dynamic method to solve the MDE-level seismic impact on the structures.
